Payment

The total shipping cost is calculated by adding up "Per Product" cost. The "Per Product" cost is a flat rate of $60 + GST on the assumption that no ramp is available at the delivery address and is located within 25km from our nearest branch.

If you are collecting your own hand pallet jack please shortpay the amount stated by $66 (including GST). 

If additional shipping charges apply, we will inform you and the charge appear on the order confirmation.

The following payment methods are available

Credit card: Card processing is encrypted by PAYEX, our payment service provider. We use industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. This means all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address cannot be accessed by anyone other than authorized users pursuant to our privacy policy.

Invoice: Payment terms are COD for delivery to be made. An invoice will be sent after order placement by a seperate email.
