Shipment and Delivery

At Toyota we manufacture our trucks with "just in time" in mind. We have local stock in Australia and strive to always give you the shortest delivery time possible. The estimated delivery time communicated on products sold online will be confirmed as soon as we have recived your order. 

If you have made multiple purchases you may receive more than one dispatch email, each with the details of the individual deliveries. Your goods may also arrive separately on different days. Please contact us if your goods have not been received within the time frame outlined on your dispatch emails.

Our products are delivered on weekdays during normal office hours. We only deliver within Australia.

Payment

We have an automated payment system which ensures a secure and fast service for our customers.
You can pay by invoice or credit card.
- Invoice: After you place an order, you will receive an invoice along with the order confirmation. You will find the amount of payment and other details stated on the invoice. Please note that payments have to be made and cleared into our bank before delivery will be made.
- Credit card: To complete your credit card payment, press SEND ORDER and you will be directed to a online payment page to fill in your credit card information. No card details will be stored with us. An invoice will be sent to you on dispatch of goods.

When you place an order we will create an account for you. Ýour can check your account and the status of your online orders at any time by visiting My Pages.
