Yes, you can purchase an item from us providing your billing and delivery addresses are within Australia.
After you place an order, our back-office team will check and prepare your order, confirm stock and send you an order confirmation. If you would like to modify your order this can be done by contacting us directly after order placement, then we will check to see if this is possible based on the status of your order. However, you are bound by the order after order placement. Read more about our return policy below.
After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with all order details. When the order is confirmed by our back-office personnel, you will receive an email confirmation titled "Your order confirmation".
If you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving it. You then have a further 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you notify us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the order confirmation or proof of purchase and all orders which are returned will be subject to a restocking fee – you will be advised about this when you contact us about the return.

Special orders which were specifically ordered on our factory are non returnable or cancellable, you will be notified of this status upon placement of order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you purchased your items via invoice, a credit note will be generated and issued to you.
All refunds will deduct the restocking fee agreed.
We have an automated payment system which ensures a secure and fast service for our customers.

- Invoice: After you place an order, you will receive an invoice along with the order confirmation by seperate email. You will find the amount of payment and other details stated on the invoice. Please note that payments have to be made before delivery will be made.
- Credit card: To complete your credit card payment, press SEND ORDER and you will be directed to a online payment page to fill in your credit card information. No card details will be stored with us. You will receive an invoice on dispatch of goods.
Afterwards you will be re-directed back to our confirmation page. All card payment transactions are handled with 3D Secure protocol and processed through SSL(Secure Socket Layer) - encrypted technology. It is important to make sure that there are enough funds available on the card balance until Toyota Material Handling Australia is credited the transaction of the order. If there is insufficient coverage or payment for any other reason the payment cannot be completed Toyota Material Handling Australia is entitled to cancel the order or to invoice the amount.
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorisation failure try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received on a second attempt, call or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
For a fee we deliver your items directly to your shipping address. You can also choose to collect from one of our 18 branches.
We offer a fixed price of $60 + GST for a Metropolitan delivery within a 25-kilometre radius of one of 18 branches located in Australia.
Alternatively you can also choose to collect your hand pallet jack from one of our 18 branches at no additional cost. If you choose this option please shortpay the order amount by $60 + GST.
On all products we communicate an estimated delivery time. If we for any reason won´t be able to deliver on time we will contact you.
After you have completed your purchase, and your goods are dispatched from one of our branches, you will receive a dispatch email letting you know the expected delivery time frame.
If you have made multiple purchases you may receive more than one dispatch email, each with the details of the individual deliveries. Your goods may also arrive separately on different days. Please contact us if your goods have not been received within the time frame outlined on your dispatch emails.
Unfortunately, products ordered from Toyota Material Handling Australia can only be shipped within Australia.
New Products are protected by the manufacturer’s product warranty indicated on the Product page.
