Metro Madrid's logistics centre is located on the edge of the city in order to deliver parts to the more than 300 locations in the city centre as quickly as possible. Our Warehouse Execution System (WES) comes with warehouse technology control software (WCS) and warehouse inventory management software (WMS).
WCS co-ordinates automated order processing, while WMS focuses on stock and employees: quantity and location of stock, restocking, order processing in different waves, the division of labour, and oversight of receipt and shipping work.
